Make your trip stress-free with Wilderness Journeys Pagosa’s Airport Shuttle Service. Our professional drivers provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation between the airport and your destination, whether you’re staying at a local hotel, visiting family, or heading to a special event.

Durango Airport Shuttle Rates

One Way — Standard Hours (8:00am – 7:59pm)

• $145.00 base rate for 1–2 passengers

• Additional passengers beyond 2 are $25 per person.

• 2 bags per passenger are included in the base price. Anything beyond 2 bags per person will incur a $10 per extra bag charge. Oversized luggage, such as skis or snowboards, will also incur a $10 charge.

• The base rate includes a Pagosa Springs pick up / drop off within 5 miles of our office at 3505 W U.S. Hwy 160, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. Any additional mileage beyond the 5-mile radius will incur a $3.50 per mile fee.

• There is a 15-minute wait time included in the base price. Any additional wait time beyond 15 minutes will incur a $1.00 per minute fee.

If your flight is delayed, please call us at least 1 hour and 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up time to let us know in order to avoid extra wait time fees.

One Way — Premium Hours (8:00pm – 7:59am)

• $170.00 base rate for 1–2 passengers

• A mandatory 20% driver gratuity applies to Premium Hour service.

• Additional passengers beyond 2 are $25 per person.

• All standard baggage, mileage, and wait-time policies listed above also apply.

Round Trip — Standard Hours (8:00am – 7:59pm)

• $260.00 base rate for 1–2 passengers

• Additional passengers beyond 2 are $45 per person.

• 2 bags per passenger are included in the base price. Anything beyond 2 bags per person will incur a $20 per extra bag charge. Oversized luggage, such as skis or snowboards, will also incur a $20 charge.

• The base rate includes a Pagosa Springs pick up / drop off within 5 miles of our office at 3505 W U.S. Hwy 160, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. Any additional mileage beyond the 5-mile radius will incur a $7.00 per mile fee.

• There is a 15-minute wait time included in the base price. Any additional wait time beyond 15 minutes will incur a $1.00 per minute fee.

Round Trip — One Premium-Hour Leg

• $285.00 base rate for 1–2 passengers

• Applies when one leg of the round trip occurs during Premium Hours (8:00pm – 7:59am).

• A mandatory 20% driver gratuity applies to the Premium Hour leg.

• Additional passengers beyond 2 are $45 per person.

Round Trip — Both Legs During Premium Hours

• $310.00 base rate for 1–2 passengers

• Applies when both legs of the round trip occur during Premium Hours (8:00pm – 7:59am).

• A mandatory 20% driver gratuity applies to Premium Hour service.

• Additional passengers beyond 2 are $45 per person.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to a $25 flat cancellation fee, regardless of the amount of advance notice given. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours from the start time of any service will be refunded 50% of the subtotal price. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. There is a $25 fee if you need to rebook your service for a different date for any reason.
