Make your trip stress-free with Wilderness Journeys Pagosa’s Airport Shuttle Service. Our professional drivers provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation between the airport and your destination, whether you’re staying at a local hotel, visiting family, or heading to a special event.

Durango Airport Shuttle Rates

One Way (8:00am – 7:59pm)

• $135.00 base rate
• 2 passengers are included in this base price. Additional passengers beyond 2 will incur a $25 fee per additional passenger.
• 2 bags per passenger are included in the base price. Anything beyond 2 bags per person will incur a $10 per extra bag charge. Oversized luggage, such as skis or snowboards, will also incur a $10 charge.
• The base rate includes a Pagosa Springs pick up / drop off within 5 miles of our office (3505 W Hwy 160). Any additional mileage beyond the 5 mile radius will incur a $3.50 per mile fee.
• There is a 15 minute wait time included in the base price. Any additional wait time beyond 15 minutes will incur a $1.00 per minute fee.
  If your flight is delayed, please call us at least 1 hour and 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up time to let us know in order to avoid extra wait time fees!
• Premium Hour Services (8:00pm – 7:59am) will incur an additional $25 premium hour fee + a mandatory 20% gratuity for the driver.

Round Trips (8:00am – 7:59pm)

• $245.00 base rate
• 2 passengers are included in this base price. Additional passengers beyond 2 will incur a $45 fee per additional passenger.
• 2 bags per passenger are included in the base price. Anything beyond 2 bags per person will incur a $20 per extra bag charge. Oversized luggage, such as skis or snowboards, will also incur a $20 charge.
• The base rate includes a Pagosa Springs pick up / drop off within 5 miles of our office (3505 W Hwy 160). Any additional mileage beyond the 5 mile radius will incur a $7.00 per mile fee.
• There is a 15 minute wait time included in the base price. Any additional wait time beyond 15 minutes will incur a $1.00 per minute fee.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to a $25 flat fee for cancellations, regardless of the amount of advanced notice given. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours from the start time of any service will be refunded 50% of the subtotal price. No shows or same day cancellations are non-refundable. There is a $25 fee if you need to rebook your service for a different date for any reason.
